Unpacking a training package unit

This is a set of steps for unpacking a training package unit. The purpose of unpacking is to develop a clear, simple explanation that tells students exactly what is expected in the assessments.

Of, course, unit layouts differ a little between packages, but the basic idea is to edit a general industry-wide document addressed to assessors into a document that is specific and concrete.

At each step, underneath the menu at the top, you'll see my explanation of what I did. Then below that, you'll see two main versions of the same unit:

• On the left: the "before" version, which is the same as the result from the last step.
• On the right: the "after" version, that is, after I've made changes to the unit.
