Satisfactory academic progress procedure

Students are responsible to make satisfactory academic progress, which is at least a passing grade for all units in each semester. In cases of unsatisfactory progress, WU shall act as follows:

1. If a student does not maintain at least a passing grade for all units in a semester:
   1. Warning. WU will give a warning and put the student on probation for the following semester.
   2. WU will alert the relevant personnel: Head of department and Cohort coordination committee in order to diagnose barriers and initiate appropriate student support.
2. Dismissal: If a student does not maintain at least a passing grade for all units in the semester during probation, the student will be dismissed.
