Qualifications and transcripts

  1. Issuance
    1. The President or Academic Dean shall sign and issue transcripts. The Board retains the right to authorize other persons to issue transcripts.
    2. Testamurs shall be signed by not less than two persons appointed by the Board, and shall bear WU's Graduation Seal.
    3. Signatures will normally be graphic files of the signatories’ names written legibly in Latin letters. They will not be signatories’ bank signatures.
    4. WU will retain written records of qualifications and transcripts in its permanent records.
  2. General requirements
    1. Students must be correctly and currently enrolled, and not at the time under suspension.
    2. Students must have met all academic requirements.
    3. All fees must be paid.
  3. Qualifications.WU will automatically issue testamurs and transcripts when students have satisfactorily met all graduation requirements.
  4. Transcripts. WU will automatically issue transcripts for all satisfactorily completed units when students cease studies.
  5. Duplicate qualifications and transcripts. WU will issue duplicate qualifications and transcripts upon application and payment of the listed fee.

Variations in testamurs

Testamurs shall have two variations of wording:

  1. Those without an area of specialization
  2. Those with an area of specialization
