1Planning includes the following:
   • Set goals
   • Determine target audience
   • Determine content
   • Set overall timeline
   • Set budget expenditure
   • Set budget income and funding
   • Appoint Musical Director/Dance director
   • Appoint Production Manager
   • Appoint Choreographer.

2 Recruitment includes auditioning artists.

3Producer/production team meeting:
   • Appoints other staff
   • Sets and monitors project management (budget, timelines, procurement).
   • Oversees logistics, especially liaison with venues, transport and roadies.
   • Oversees technical team (sound, lighting)
   • Oversees marketing, sales, and front of house (including ushers)
   • Oversees backstage crew: Stage Manager, stage hands, wardrobe, makeup, sets, props.

4Technical rehearsals includes:
   • Checking the run sheet for light and sound
   • Stage manager rehearses with crew
   • Coordination with musicians.
