Teaching projects

A mature student might demonstrate competency by teaching a unit if they are in a position to gain respect as an instructor.

It works best for RPL, and the student can provide recognised training if he/she already has a suitable qualification.

It also works well as a project, and the student submits a portfolio, comprising evaluation of how the unit was taught previously, planning, unit description, teaching notes, student notes, assessment, and evaluation.
