Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

This is a de facto delivery system when students must already have particular skills to get into the program.

In many cases, it is admission to the course by RPL. However, an employer might also require prospective employees to have the competencies of some required units as a prerequisite for getting a job that has on-job training.
