Started organizing my schedule today.

Had to negotiate with Mark on my goals and plans for the next two weeks.

Mark pushed for more than I thought, but he says it'll be okay. It had to fit the project plan and the team goals. So I had to see how my job fits into the whole thing.

Also had to decide on what needs to be done by when. Then set my priorities and get it done on time.

Then I had to start on my first real goal. I got stuck twice. I asked Mark for help once and the other programmer on the next desk the other time. But from now on, it's my job to figure out how to fix whatever goes wrong.
