Review your system. Meet with managers to monitor the effectiveness of the system.

  1. What did you learn from management and staff feedback?
  2. Does the system actually deliver on the promises you made in the proposal? Does it meet your organization’s needs?
  3. Does the system effectively support staff involved in implementation?
