About this approach

This is a set of stages to review and revise your organization’s performance management system. Unfortunately, it isn’t a completely linear process, so you cannot simply plod through a set of steps. For example, the process of consultation is ongoing. As another example, assessing feasibility requires foresight. You might need to consider some things at early in the process even though you won't actually plan them until later.
