Plan change management

You have planned radical changes in your organization. You have done much of your change management on the way by consulting people and bringing them with you. But you still need to plan how you will make the changes, especially if you need to introduce change in increments and relate to the general public. Address the impact of change and its consequences for people, and plan the transition.

Make sure you put objectives, timeframes, measures and communication plans in place to manage implementation.
