Organizational capacity

Organizational capacity means "what your organization can do." It is the combination of various capabilities, such as staff skills, strategic business acumen, suitability of systems, capital equipment, and financial reserves.

One of the major purposes of organizational review is to improve your organizational capacity and make sure it is up to speed for what you want to do.

These very short tasks will require longer and more complex answers:

  1. Describe your current organizational capacity.
  2. Describe the organizational capacity you would like for the next stage of your organization's development.
  3. Describe the changes would you like to make.
