Your core team

It is preferable, although not always possible, to do a major part of the planning as a group, and you would be the group leader. You need the right people around you as your core team.

  1. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your core team?
  2. Do they have the range of skills that you need?
  3. Do core team members work well together?
  4. Do they produce beneficial synergies?
  5. Do you know what they really think about the organization and where it is going?
  6. Are they progressive or do they resist change?
