How do they work together?
We want to review how we manage our organization, so we split some of the the leadership team into pairs to work together.
Each pair has two kinds of temperament. Some pairs would find it easier to work together than others, but the greater the difference, the greater the opportunity for them to complement each other's abilities.
What kind of dynamics would happen?

- the role of people in the organization
