Planning your organizational systems
At this stage, we're still planning, but now we're starting to think about specific systems. In fact, it's a kind of bridging stage between planning and implementation.
Don't expect to have complete information, especially if you are in a new culture. It's a management skill to be able to make decisions without adequate information.
Here's a helpful idea from the world of engineering:
Set a cut-off date where you go with the plan you have, otherwise you might never get started.
You will always be able to gather more information and improve your design, but don't let that be an excuse for not getting started. (By the time you start building the Mark 1 prototype, your designers have probably already gathered ideas for the Mark 2 version.)
